What if I do not have a large mailing?
The minimum for discounts on standard or Bulk mail is 200 pieces and for first class mail discounts it is 500. Postal discounts are substantial and usually more than pay for the mailing service. This does not mean we will not process your mail it will only determine your discounts.
What if I do not have a mailing permit?
We will be glad to let you use our permit number. This could be printed on the mail piece at the time of the printing or imprinted by our equipment at the time of mailing.
Should I Talk To You If My Mail Piece Is Not Finished?
Yes, many times we will be able to offer suggestions on design that will help with deliverability and offer additional savings. It is better to find out a layout won’t meet postal guidelines before it is printed. We also may be able to offer you different printing options.
If I Do Not Have A Mailing List Can You Help?
We operate as a list broker and have a variety of sources for data that may be purchased. We would be glad to research a list request for you.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Mailing Out?
We like to have a one-week turn around time from when we have all the required information and materials. If shorter time is required we will be glad to try to meet your request.
What If There Is A Problem With The Mailing?
Once we ensure that your data information is correct, we will see your mail to the end. When it is securely on its way we will provide a copy of postal documentation as well as email notification.
What If I Do Not Want To Send The Mailing All At Once?
We would be glad to separate the mailing. Just let us know in advance so that a quote can be properly presented to you.
Can You Help Me With Printing?
We do offer digital in house printing on the latest equipment which applies to certain mailing projects. Although we are not a retail printer we do work with a large number of printers. We would be glad to help you source your printing needs if we are not able to satisfy them.
